Opening for Channel Development Manager position with one of our client i.e. An Insurance Company
Job Location - Rajkot
Desired Profile:
- This is man management profile & will handle Team of 4 ASM - Health Sales
- Candidate should be graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in Health Insurance Sales (we may look from Life -Insurance / General Insurance & Brokers)
- First preference to a profile who is currently in man management role. Individual contributor with extra ordinary performance can be considered
Job Role:
- Managing and growing the channel
- Recruitment of Sales Managers ensuring the individual target of the team members are met-
- Ensure the agent activation and the agent productivity for the Team
- Owner of the P&L - Maintaining the operations in cost given and ensuring the critical parameters are in line
- Responsible for achieving the top line, SM target achievement and agent activation and productivity
- Provide end to end solutions to agents thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met. Nil service escalations
- Coordination with the various departments for the approvals and smooth issuance of the Proposal
- Nil Discrepancy
- Conducting Periodic training sessions for team members
- Ensuring renewal targets are achieved
