Manager- Channel Development & Sales - EdTech (7-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Prepare and execute the marketing strategy for Information Center by attracting entrepreneurs in Education sector.
- Identify and research potential markets to launch new franchise/ centers.
- Screen potential franchisee by analyzing potential franchisee, ROI.
- Assist in the development of Channel Partner Business Plans
- Ensure the business performance and revenue targets of all the channel partners is achieved
- Work as point of contact between the Center/franchise and company to ensure that any issues/concerns are aptly and timely addressed.
- Ensure company suggested systems/ processes are deployed & practiced in the Center.
- Develop sales and marketing tools, work out on sales promotional activities to support the centers.
- Conduct training program for the center staff.
Skills Required: -
- Should possess thorough knowledge and experience Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy
- Analytical Mindset
- Should have great Interpersonal Skills, Good Communication with a pleasing personality.
- Must be a Go Getter, Result Oriented and be able to achieve revenue targets.
- More than 7 years of experience in franchise development and management.
- Should possess multi-tasking, team management and leadership skills
