Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to grow and expand distribution channels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and resellers.

- Provide ongoing support and training to channel partners to maximize sales.

- Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services for partners.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in channel development or partner management.

- Strong understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystems.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
