Manager - Category Management/eCommerce Channel - Sports (4-6 yrs)
A fundamental role at the heart of the eCommerce function. This role ensures our owned eCommerce channels are operating to their full potential providing the necessary insight through trading analysis whilst delivering operational excellence following business process, reacting to change and market conditions.
The role you- d play:
- Through stock and sales analysis provide accurate weekly and monthly trading reports for the eCommerce team, proactively identifying trading opportunities.
- Identify trends thorough a detailed understanding of the core levers that impact performance & brand equity (e.g. visitors, CVR, AOV)
- Daily management of the ecommerce replenishment process based on product performance data aligned to the principle agreed by the eCommerce and Channel Merchandising team (at the point of IBP).
- Responsible for managing - out of stocks- online, highlighting to central planning function stock opportunities.
- In partnership with the Commerce executives, drive onsite merchandising and merchandising tactics to ensure maximum visibility of seasonal and core stock to drive sell through.
- Manage the effective setup of promotions and offers, and assist with price changes e.g. new season or sale
- Input into the mass load process ensure the timely delivery of seasonal launches and product propositions.
- Super User for CMS platforms, ensuring accurate activation and front-end campaign execution.
- A key liaison across the Digital and IT function, identifying and logging site related issues, taking ownership and nurturing tickets through to resolution.
- Supports processes to ensure website content is always accurate and compliant.
