Manager - CASA Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
- On behalf of an organization, the relationship officer is in charge of managing and upholding connections with clients or consumers. They serve as the main point of contact and are in charge of making sure that customers are happy and loyal. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities are necessary for the position.
Job Role and Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering assistance and support as needed.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to guarantee retention and customer satisfaction.
- Create and implement plans to expand the clientele served by the business.
- Locate and take advantage of cross-selling opportunities to increase the company's clientele.
- Carry out market research to find possible new customers and keep abreast of market developments.
- Create and present to clients sales presentations.
- Work together with other company departments to coordinate the delivery of goods and services to customers.
- Participate in trade shows and conferences to meet potential prospects.
Required Candidate profile :
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable subject.
- Two or more years of work experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems;
- Willingness to travel as needed.
