Manager - CASA Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Introduce & acquire new SA customers in the identified segment and reference generation from the specified catchment.
- Area Mapping in the catchment and maintaining of Daily activity/Sales reports.
- Preparing Wish list of customers through cold calling and promotion activities.
- Meeting and completing account opening formalities with strict adherence to KYC norms (Field verification Mandatory).
- Engaging customers with multiple products at the time of account Opening( viz: Mobile banking/Net banking registration /RD- FD activation).
- Ensuring account activation & 3-month funding for incentive gating.
- Generating Leads for family accounts and other cross-sell products.
- Resolving customer queries/issues.
Qualifications :
- Any Graduate May Apply
- 2+ years of experience in customer acquisition
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Field Work Required
- Age 21 to 30 Years
