Manager - CASA Sales - Bank (3-12 yrs)
Job Summary :
A CASA sales manager is responsible for driving the sales of current and savings accounts in a bank or financial institution. They lead a team of sales executives, set sales targets, and develop sales strategies to achieve business goals. They also work to develop relationships with customers, identifying their needs and offering personalized banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Leading and managing a team of sales executives to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales performance.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Key Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in any field.
- At least 3-6 years of experience in sales or Bfsi
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
