Manager - CASA Sales - Bank (2-12 yrs)
- As a CASA Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team to achieve the organization's goals and objectives. You will be required to develop sales strategies, set sales targets, and ensure that the sales team achieves them. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of the team, identifying areas of improvement, and providing coaching and training to the team members. Additionally, you will be required to establish and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop sales strategies to achieve the organization's goals and objectives
- Set sales targets and ensure that the sales team achieves them

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

- Prepare sales reports and present them to the senior management team
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
