Manager - CASA Sales - Bank (1-9 yrs)
- The CASA Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth for the bank. They should have excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of banking products and services.
Position : Sales Manager -CASA
- The roles and purpose of a CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) Sales Manager is to lead and manage a team of sales executives in acquiring new customers and increasing the deposits in the current and savings accounts of the bank.
The primary responsibilities of a CASA Sales Manager include :
1. The CASA Sales Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of sales executives. They should be able to motivate and guide the team to achieve their targets.
2. You should set targets for the team and ensure that they are met. They should be able to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
3. Should be able to identify and target potential customers, reach out to them, and convert them into account holders.
4. Should be able to persuade existing customers to increase their deposits in the bank's current and savings accounts. They should be able to devise and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
5. Should be able to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide excellent customer service.
6. To ensure that the team follows all compliance and risk management procedures. They should ensure that all transactions are legitimate and meet regulatory requirements.
You must have :
- Graduation completes in any stream
- 1+ years in any sales or marketing -preferred BFSI sector
- Knowledge about local area
