Job Description:
A sales manager for CASA is responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing of current and savings accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the productivity of the sales officers and meet the business target
- Identify sales opportunities and work on them
- Make and inspect profit and loss statements for the bank branch
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Requirement:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
- Several years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication, customer service, analytical and decision-making skills
- Motivated, outgoing and decisive personality
