Manager - Campaigns - NGO (7-12 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design and execute a campaign and engage with a wide array of India's population through online (digital, print and visual media, leverage appropriate opinion leaders) and off-line (events, meetings, rallies, concerts etc.) interventions
- Be informed about global and national campaign trends and bring the learnings to THE campaign approach
- Enlist and engage with influencers, celebrities to support campaigns through strategic and creative engagement plan aligned with national and global.
- Identify and engage with the state/regional representatives of national level organisations, media houses, campaign partners and Civil Society
- Identify and engage with arts and culture festivals, educations institutes, digital platforms and educational institutions for harnessing the youth engagement
- Produce and disseminate effective communication material (films, video, case studies, IEC materials, collateral etc.) to increase awareness on key campaign issues among the target groups.
- Maintain a good database of state level/regional agencies of relevance along with leading negotiations and ensuring cost optimization.
- Ensure timely completion and submitting of reports, plans and expenditure sheets.
- Maintain an oversight on the annual budget and ensure it is spent in line with agreed priorities and minimal under spends
- Undertake appropriate additional responsibilities as assigned by the line manager as per emerging organisation priorities
Experience :
- Significant experience of working with and facilitating large campaigns at the national level
- Prior experience of working with social campaigns, advertising, event or public relations agencies.
Qualifications :
A degree in Communications, Media and Public Relations, Advertising/Events or equal relevance, from a recognised University or College
