Manager - Campaign Success (0-4 yrs)
We need a campaign success manager - skill connect, to be a part of our exciting journey. The incumbent would be involved in scaling up an end-to-end blue collar fulfillment engine for a designated set of roles & clients to deliver on-demand created in all segments/sectors for various blue-collar roles by utilizing various tools & tech-enabled solutions being created for this purpose.
What we're looking for :
- MBA/Non-MBA/Graduate with 0 - 4 years of experience in any online acquisition, digital sales or hiring at scale, client engagement in any industry.
- Ideal candidate will have the ability to understand the problem statement (role-specific hiring requests) and leverage the various channels and tools available in order to fulfill specific hiring requests.
- Ability to leverage different methods of tech-enabled engagement with target group with a focus on scalability, engagement, and conversion
- Ability to be analytical, problem-solving & build, execute processes in an evolving environment.
- Keen a sense of focus on client success and conversions by understanding each hiring requirement from any client in-depth and find appropriate solutions.
- Keen sense of enthusiasm & high energy in order to engage all key stakeholders (client POCs, sales POCs, tech & ops colleagues) to deliver on outcomes.
- Ability to work in evolving work scenarios, new roles, and new problem statements and yet craft appropriate solutions with the ability to deliver on specific outcomes infinite timelines.
What you'll do :
- Manage 10 - 30 campaigns basis scope assigned for similar or varied requirements.
- Deliver on fulfillment goals for campaigns with infinite timelines.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills in order to meet delivery outcomes.
- Maximise effective methods of automated engagement within the existing frameworks
- Understand and ingest supply from different sources of blue-collar eligible manpower to fulfill requirements for assigned roles and contracted clients.
- Maximize conversion of the funnel and analyze losses in the conversion funnel at each stage and explore and execute solutions in order to maximize conversions.

- Get a good understanding of campaign management & related tools such as digital marketing, tech-tools which have been custom-built for this purpose.

- Ability to solve problems at speed in an ambiguous and ever-changing landscape and multitask like nobody's business.
- Cool exposure to a start-up environment, learning in chaos, speed, enhanced appreciation of numbers as well as a real opportunity to create a positive impact in the lives of a large number of people by helping them find suitable jobs and improve their livelihood.
