Key Responsibilities:
1. Market knowledge of retail business and its application in driving volumes
2. Designing marketing and product level initiatives.
3. Expert in designing and implementation of Various products and incentive schemes for DSA
4. Setting the right system and processes for support of field sales team
5. Achieving the set segment wise targets with best pricing.
6. Segmentation of the product portfolios and ensure selling profitability.
7. Developing business model for cross selling activity and third party product like Credit life insurance etc.
8. Efficient in competition benchmarking and ability to design product ahead with competition.
9. Meet & exceed business targets in terms of profitability, optimum product mix and quality of sourcing
10 . Marketing and campaign of assign products from Inception to launching / re-launching
11. ATL, BTL, online & Offline Marketing activities for products.
12. Designing, monitoring, Leading & managing marketing campaigns.
13. Helping into product development.
14. Analyze campaign results to measure success of the campaign & Tracking the performance of the campaign.
