Job Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and execute high-impact, integrated lead nurturing or demand generation campaigns to achieve revenue and pipeline goals.
- Implement and maintain lead scoring mechanism based on customer engagement gained through marketing/lead nurturing campaign over different channels.
- Plan, maintain and execute campaign calendar for lead nurturing across products and lead funnels.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers through targeted campaigns across different channels.
- Create campaigns for nurturing leads through a mix of helpful content and engagement tools over different channels. (Email/SMS/WhatsApp/Facebook/Blog/etc).
Requirements/Qualification :
We require the candidate to have Copyright experience.
- Graduate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
- Proficiency in using social media, Email marketing and SMS marketing tools to monitor conversations and performance.
- Candidates must be fluent in English (Ability to write lead nurturing emails to customers).
- Previous experience working as a Lead Nurturing Specialist or similar roles will be an advantage.
