As the inaugural Affiliate Ads Operations Manager, you'll have the exciting opportunity to build and shape this department from the ground up. This role allows you to take full ownership of developing and scaling our affiliate program, including recruiting and activating affiliates, setting up and optimizing processes, and overseeing all technical aspects such as tracking, postbacks, APIs, MMP, and fraud prevention. Your strategic thinking, relationship management, and analytical skills will be crucial in turning this program into a major success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard new affiliates and guide them through the activation process to ensure a smooth start.

- Identify, recruit, and engage new affiliate partners, publishers, and influencers to expand our network and target key audiences.

- Work with internal teams to design effective offers, promotions, and marketing materials. Monitor campaign performance, track metrics (e.g., clicks, conversions, revenue), and analyze data to identify optimization opportunities.

- Manage relationships with affiliate networks, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective offer brokering.

- Implement and oversee affiliate tracking technology to ensure accurate attribution and tracking of affiliate-generated traffic, leads, and sales.

- Create and present regular performance reports and dashboards, analyzing key metrics to measure and enhance the impact of affiliate marketing initiatives.

- Oversee the team responsible for tracking all campaign metrics and KPIs. Ensure that all reports are updated accurately and timely for both the client partnership team and internal stakeholders.

- Manage team of campaign managers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them grow professionally while ensuring the team's objectives are met.

- Manage the team in making swift strategic pivots when necessary to ensure the success of live campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to execute changes seamlessly.
