Manager - Call Center/Telesales (3-13 yrs)
Job Description
We are looking to for an experienced call centre manager to head up our growing telesales team. As a call center manager, you will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets, training new telesales staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team and driving sales.
To ensure success as a call centre manager, you should have experience in managing telesales team, advanced managerial skills, and the ability to multitask.
Telesales Manager Responsibilities:
- Recruiting & training telesales representatives
- Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.
- Developing & Implementing sales strategies.
- Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources [team]
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Setting weekly and monthly sales targets and drive the sales target
- Ability to evaluate performance of team with key metrics
- Maintaining customer service standards and customer relationships
- Handling escalated customer complaints.
- Compiling and presenting sales reports.
Telesales Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management or similar field.
- Proven experience as Telesales manager or similar position.
- Strong managerial and sales skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to write and present reports.

- COO
