Manager - Business Relationship - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
Urgent requirement for Insurance sector.
- Recruit Business Associate and advisors
- Setting individual sales objectives with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and recording results as necessary.
- Developing growth strategies and plans.
- Coordinate for the regulatory trainings
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Business Associate meetings
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month
- To find new leads
- Work with the agent on planning and evaluating activities and goals.
- Identify the training needs of the agency and work with Trainers to improve the same
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
Candidate Profile :
Experience : Min. 2 Years in Sales and Marketing in the insurance sector
CTC : Up to 2.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
Job Type : Full Time-On Roll
Age : 24 to 38 years
Education : Any Graduation
