Manager - Business Relationship - BFSI/Life Insurance (1-5 yrs)

Roles & responsibilities :
1 .Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
2. Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
3. Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
4. Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
5. Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
6. Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
7. Approach potential customers to establish relationships
8. Gain solid knowledge of competitors
Candidates requirements :
1. Candidate should be local.
2. Qualifications : any bachelor's degree
3. Experience : Total experience 1 year out of it 6 months of BFSI , life insurance.
4. Languages:- Telugu , English & Hindi
