Job description :
- Building market strategy to generate higher revenue and locate the gap and opportunity area and getting the plan executed by the team.
- Recruiting, managing, and motivating the sales team.
- Working cohesively with other functions and collaborating constructively with peers.
- Managing channel partners and collaborating with them to ensure healthy.
- Planning with the team to execute channel expansion and new town expansion.
Required Candidate Profile :
- 1 to 3 Years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong Communication skills
- Relationship building skills
- Strategic thinking
- Highly skilled negotiating and problem-solving skills
Salary: 2.20 to 3.20 LPA + Incentives + Performance Bonus + Others
