Manager - Business Partnerships (2-3 yrs)
We are hiring for a Manager - Business partnerships, who can amplify the growth of our partnership cohort while working in tandem with internal as well as external stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare the collateral, business pitch and other relevant material to aptly demonstrate risk and reward for the Financial Institution partners.
- Generate leads pipeline and implementation plan
- Collaborate with internal teams like Ops, Marketing, Tech, Product etc and with external teams of the Bank or Financial Institutions.
- Work along with senior management to devise strategy and targets for Business Partnerships
- Increases top-line and stay focused on bottom-line of business too
Requirements :
- MBA/ PGDM with 2+ year of experience in a strategy/ Partnership profile
- A proven track record of developing high-impact partnerships.
- Robust Internal stakeholder management experience.
- Exceptional Decision making & Negotiation skills
- Strong Finance acumen.
- Should be able to identify and execute new strategic opportunities with partners.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functions.
