About the role :

Key Responsibilities :

1- Client Acquisition :

- Identify and acquire new clients by leveraging existing industry connections and building new relationships with potential clients. Understand client needs and tailor Suitable AI's offerings to meet those needs effectively. The ability to work in a target-based environment is a must.

2- Business Development Process Setup :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development (BD) strategy and process, ensuring alignment with Suitable AI's overall goals and objectives. This includes setting up pipelines, tracking systems, and performance metrics.

3- Industry Networking :

- Utilize strong connections within the industry to open doors and create opportunities for Suitable AI. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote Suitable AI's brand and services.

4- Market Research :

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on findings.

5- Sales Strategy :

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.

6- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

7- Collaboration :

- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project delivery.

8- Reporting and Analysis :

- Regularly report on BD activities, client acquisition progress, and sales performance. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
