Manager - Business Expansion - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
A Business Expansion Manager is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of a company into new markets, regions, or customer segments. They focus on identifying new business opportunities, creating expansion strategies, and leading efforts to establish a strong presence in those markets. This role typically involves working closely with various teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful market entry and growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting research to identify new markets, customer segments, or geographic regions with high potential for expansion.
- Analyzing competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to determine areas where the company can grow.
- Developing comprehensive strategies for entering new markets, launching products or services, and gaining market share.
- Setting clear business goals, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure smooth market penetration.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential partners, clients, and key stakeholders in new markets.
- Engaging with local influencers, industry leaders, and strategic partners to build a strong network and reputation in new regions.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns and promotions that attract customers in new markets.
- Ensuring that marketing efforts are tailored to local preferences and market conditions.
- Monitoring the performance of expansion efforts, including sales growth, market penetration, and profitability.
- Reporting on progress, challenges, and successes to senior management and making adjustments to strategies as necessary.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
