- The startup caters to a wide audience of large business houses to SMEs and other startups. They bring their knowledge and expertise in strategizing complex projects, overcoming business barriers and introducing best practices.

- They have coached entrepreneurs to build or revive their startup and as a result, they recently partnered with the Government of India (GOI) under the Skill India program.

- The consultancy has an impressive list of clienteles using their services. In collaboration with GOI, they are looking forward to expanding their training program to universities.

- The founder and CEO is an accomplished business leader with more than 2 decades of experience in optimizing business, transforming organizations and increasing revenue. He is using his skills through the consultancy to give back to society.

- As the Business Engagement Manager you will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, fixing appointments

What you will do :

- Responsible for Data collation of prospective clients

- Maintaining sales tracker for weekly update

- Providing inputs to channel partner on improvement of productivity and development

- Responsible for MIS on multiple strategic business inputs / initiatives for the sales team to drive the same

- Forecasting sales, develop - out of the box- sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness.

- Responsible for interfacing and acting as a bridge between the Sales Team and the Clients.

- Working with the Sales team to prepare proposals.

- Taking ownership of facilitating deal closures with the help of the sales team.

- Meeting personal and team sales targets.

- Researching accounts and generating or following through sales leads.

- Attending meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.

- Reporting and providing feedback to management using basic financial statistical data.

- Maintaining and expanding client database within your assigned territory.

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- A lady based out of Gurgaon

- Knows Technology and can work with IT platforms like CRM/HRMS/ Zoho 


- Excellent command in English-spoken and written. Good Interpersonal skills

- Can deliver multitask at a Start Up

- Proficient with Excel/Powerpoint

- Proven sales experience

- Track record of over-achieving quota

- Experience working in the construction, paint industry. Keen to learn (and implement software based sales tech).

- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.

- Basic computer use competency.

- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and upgrade on the go. Self motivated and driven.

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 5,50,000 to 6,00,000
