Key Job Success factors (Key Responsibilities)
1. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating Effluent treatment, recycling and ZLD business .
2. Define and execute a territorial sales strategy to meet sales and operating profit targets for region: develop territory sales plan and prospect new opportunities in target markers to promote division's full product line
3. Interaction with all leading engineering consultants
4. Manage OEM accounts for sales and payment collection.
5. Complete ownership of regional sales process from Exhibition participation, tradeshow coverage, lead generation, product positioning, sales opportunity evaluation, order closing, to post-sales support
6. Attend customer meetings, technical discussion, commercial understanding, follow company guidelines on commercial terms while order closing
7. Extensive travelling and regular connect with OEMs and consultants in his region
