Manager - Business Development/Vendor Development - Advertising Firm (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Pitching/Educate to Meesho Suppliers and onboarding them on Ads program quickly and effectively
2. Developing an in-depth understanding of the business and signing up the right set of Suppliers
3. Using sales and negotiation strategies to get maximum ads revenue from suppliers while onboarding them
4. Visit suppliers on a daily basis to achieve targets
5. Weekly revenue targets from existing sellers assigned
6. Retention targets (Seller retention) - Reducing churn, handling seller portfolio's
7. Upselling - Increasing Ad revenue on the platform (Month on Month)
Key Requirements :
Following are the requirements for an ideal candidate :
1. Fresher candidates are preferred.
2. Candidates should know basic English & fluent in Hindi.
3. Basic Excel skills
4. Know how to use the Mobile Phone.
5. Basic mathematical knowledge like, aware about numbers & calculations
