Business Development Manager Auto Industry

- Organization is looking for motivated, talented, and initiative-driven individual for Business Development in the area of Inspection & certification center, Automated Driving Training & Testing centers & Recycling centers PAN India.

- A business development manager's duty includes developing strategy and enablers including but not limited to Approach strategy, presentations of Organization's capability, Business case for every scenario, List of potential partners, Execution strategy to meet the Annual/Midterm business plan. Organization has the vision to set up at least 100 I&C, 100 ADTT & at least one in each state the recycling center.

- The incumbent will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing effective models and strategies to improve business performance, searching for potential clients to generate income and attract partnerships. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships:

- Identifies trend setter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.

- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients

- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.

- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations

- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.

- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.

- Tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments.

- Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.

- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

- Enhances organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners

- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Qualifications & Requirements :

- Engineering degree along with MBA preferably in Sales or in Finance

- 15 years' proven experience as a business development manager working with OEMs across 2 Wheelers/Passenger cars/LCV & Commercial vehicles

- Deep working relationship & knowledge of the Dealers in Commercial vehicle & passenger car segment

- Knowledge & contact with the influential/opinion makers in each market

- Ability to convert opportunity into profitable business

- Exceptional persuasive & negotiation skills

- Experience in customer support & proficiency in MS Office and CRM software's

- Proficiency in English, multilingual will be an added advantage

- Market knowledge

- Very good Oral/Verbal & Presentation skills

- Ability to build rapport

- Time management and planning skills
