We are looking for Manager ( BD)- VAS & Contact center solutions for Mumbai region.

4) Experience- 3- 5 years in selling VAS / Contact center solutions/ CRM solutions/ IVR Solutions

5) Qualification- Graduate ( Mgt Qualification /MBA/ PGDBM preferred)

THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS-

- Candidate will be responsible for selling contact centre software solutions into new verticals & accounts.

- Derive the company's sales revenue in the region through channel partners and direct.

- Responsible for Lead Generation, Business Development & Sales for the region through its own contacts and industry references.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

- Instrumental in Contact Centre Software, IVR, CRM, IP Telephony & Unified Communication Sales & industry

The individual will develop and execute sales plans for target accounts and need to have demonstrated experience with:

- Establish a professional working relationship with decision makers and C-Level to develop a core understanding of the clients unique business needs.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & business development.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills along with good SALES CLOSURE skills is a must

- Deep knowledge & understanding of solutions like contact centre solution, IVR, Dialer, IP telephony, voice, CRM etc.,

- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

- Ability to develop & maintain senior level client relationships (key stakeholders and C-level executives)

- Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to existing clients

- In-depth Market knowledge for lead generation to gain new client acquisition

- Experience & understanding of testing domain, different products, services as per trends is must

- At least 3 years or more strong experience in respective market in a similar sales role, preferably in CRM, Contact centre, Unified Communication & telephony solutions.

- We are looking for hunters with account management experience who thrive in a high growth, high pressure environment
