Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in US IT staffing for offshoring solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, identifying offshoring opportunities, and driving the sales of US IT staffing
Key Responsibilities :
1.Client Engagement and Relationship Management :
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients seeking offshoring solutions for US IT staffing .
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' needs, business objectives, and challenges to position our offshoring services effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing information and tailoring solutions to their requirements.
2.Offshoring Sales Strategy :
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify sales opportunities for US IT staffing
- Collaborate closely with the team to devise and execute targeted strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Present our offshoring solutions to clients through virtual meetings, phone calls, and email communications.
3.Talent Acquisition and Assessment :
- Assess, and interview IT professionals to ascertain their skills, experience, and cultural fit for international clients.
- Match well-qualified candidates with suitable job openings and present their profiles to clients.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and gather feedback to ensure successful placements.
4.Market Insights and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, offshoring best practices, and technological advancements relevant to US IT staffing .
- Identify emerging opportunities and potential avenues for business expansion within the offshoring sector.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into competitors' offerings and pricing strategies.
5.Sales Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and candidate placements using CRM tools.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to clients' offshoring needs.
- Generate regular sales reports and provide updates to the management team.
