- Client Acquisition for Recruitment, search & staffing Services across India.
- Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business in India
Skill Set :
- Experience - 2yrs-4yrs Must have Experience in US IT staffing.

Roles :
- Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill
- Build a comprehensive Sales/BD strategy for staffing business across all acquired companies in all segments & geographies.
- Acquire and build clients for IT/non-IT Staffing, set-up and lead Placement Interviews.
- Develop understanding Staffing and consulting services provided by the firm and Link to potential client needs.
- Identify opportunities to expand the scope of current engagements through identification of client needs.
- Serving as the Spoc on specific key client accounts, responsible for the prime point-of-contact to the client .
- Develop and attain customer relationships to become the preferred execution Point, Maintain Delivery,billing and collections.
- Support and build new business; Review and build strategies around Business, Delivery and Operations
- Net 30 is required (Preferred)
- Good Knowledge of US tax terms 1099,W2,C2C is required
- Good knowledge in US IT Recruitments.
- Having good knowledge of accounts management.
Required Candidate profile :
- Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business in India
- Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill
- Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing
- Handle a small team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them
- Be accountable for revenue targets and Client relationship management
- Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support
- Partnering and identifying opportunities .
- Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business
- Knowledge of Tax terms of US and Employment terms
- Good Knowledge of US tax terms 1099,W2,C2C is required(Preferred)
- Good Knowledge of various work Visas H1B,L1,L2,OPT, CPT, TN is required(Preferred)
- Good knowledge of payment terms, Net 30 is required (Preferred)
- Developing a good relationship with customers and partners.
- Implementing new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales.
- Determining new investment opportunities through market research and trends.
- Providing customer satisfaction through negotiation.
- Implementing operational changes with proper planning and strategy.
- Meeting the customers and brief them with the policies and procedures of the company.
- Training and mentoring the staff whenever required.
- Discussing the new strategies and policies with other concerned departments.
- Developing new business strategies according to the law and legal procedures.
- Speaking to HR Leaders and getting Search empaneled as partner. Generating job openings.
- Developing staffing & hiring plans for inhouse and client projects
- Experience in selling IT products is must.
- Knowledge of recruitments and portals.
