Manager - Business Development - Two Wheeler Auto Segment (12-15 yrs)

Job Description :

- Lead Two Wheelers, Automotive

- Develop & Deliver annual sales plan for Two Wheelers,Automotive

- Direct the team to achieve the target

- Control working capital (DIV, DSO) and fixed cost within budget

- Establish processes to ensure sales requirements are met by all departments in organization

- Work closely with Product Management for Pricing execution

- Responsible for timely colelction of statutory forms (C Form/F Form)

- Develop strategic business plans

- Identify new products and investment requirements to meet the market requirement

- Plan human resources to meet the business requirement including succession planning

- Coordinate will all functions to achieve long term plan

- Develop Two wheeler, Automotive Industries.

Major Activities :

- Establish industry based teams and processes

- Direct the industry team to develop, implement country specific goals & targets to meet overall regional/global industry targets

- Drive new business development for each industry in coordination with regional industry leads and

- Regional Development Centre (RDC)

- Guide industry teams to develop OEM and KAM strategies

- Support industries with tactical and customer specific pricing

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Strong customer focus

- Very good negotiation skills

- Good interpersonal and presentation skills

- Key Account Management

- Responsible for annual target CM1 result and sales volume growth. Follow up on existing running business & look for growth opportunity.

- Support product launches (active follow up on samples & trials), premarketing support.

- Innovation, market development, organise Innovation seminar with major customers or OEMs.

- Market Intelligence, strategy & report, communicate internally via visit reports, trial outcomes or presentations

- Strict following of pricing guidelines according to BU strategy.

- Customer specific support / solutions

- Fulfilling all regulatory and safety standards

- Act according to compliance (fulfil training/exams requirements)

- Fixed costs control.
