Manager - Business Development - Travel (4-6 yrs)
Job Summary:
- The Sales & Business Development Manager for Travl 360 will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and Events industry.
- This role involves identifying and acquiring high-value clients, building robust relationships with key industry players, and delivering customized solutions for corporate events.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in MICE sales, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong network in Mumbai or Gurgaon.
- With a focus on achieving revenue targets, this role is central to expanding Travel 360's market presence and reputation as a leader in MICE services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and acquire new clients within the MICE and Events industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event planners.
- Develop strategies to expand the company's market presence and penetrate key segments.
2. Sales Management:
- Drive sales growth by achieving individual and team revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions for MICE events, including conferences, incentive travel, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.
3. Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Conduct negotiations, close deals, and oversee contract finalization.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client preferences to deliver high-quality experiences.
4. Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the MICE and Events domain.
- Leverage insights to fine-tune strategies and enhance service offerings.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience of 4-6 years in sales and business development within the MICE and Events industry.
- Strong network within the industry, having worked with leading MICE players in Mumbai or Gurgaon.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in creating client-centric proposals and managing complex negotiations.
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Educational Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
