Manager - Business Development - Training Firm (4-8 yrs)

We are Hiring Business Development Manager in Mumbai.

Require B2B sales background with at least 4 years of experience.

Reporting: BD Head

Job Role:

1. Identifying sector wise potential of Corporate Training opportunities in different companies

Accountable for generating revenue from the given territory (Named Accounts or Territory in a given Vertical)

2. Responsible for establishing the company as a thought leader in the field of Training in the B2B space (be able to foresee the training needs for the segment)

3. Establish strong contact with key stakeholders for mapping training opportunities, budget, and timelines.

4. Understand competition products and services to clients and present the unique advantage of company offerings in a powerful manner.

5. Responsible for demonstration to each customer in the initial stages of the meeting to ensure that the discovery and ordering process is in place

6. Develop Customized solution based on in-depth understanding of products, processes and customer insights in liasoning with the internal operations team

7. Plan and execute sales plan to meet the given monthly, quarterly & annual sales target.

8. Build and Close large value transactions including negotiations and commercial structuring.
