Manager - Business Development - Training Development Solution (4-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential B2B clients seeking sales training solutions. Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads, pitch services, and close deals.

- Needs Analysis and Solution Design : Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' sales challenges and objectives. Collaborate with clients to design customized sales training programs that address specific organizational needs.

- Sales Training Delivery : Work closely with our training and development team to ensure the successful delivery of sales training programs. Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, making adjustments as needed to meet client expectations.

- Relationship Management : Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands related to B2B sales training. Use market insights to enhance our training offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

- Sales Performance Metrics : Set and achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance to the management team.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on selling training and development solutions.

- In-depth knowledge of B2B sales processes and challenges.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry best practices.
