Manager - Business Development - Training & Development Firm (4-7 yrs)

It started in 1979 by an ardent author of the famous series 'One Minute Manager'. They span across 90 countries with more than 200 trainers on their panel all across the world. In India they started 8 years back
Job Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition - Contacting prospective clients and meeting them to understand their requirements.
Key Account Management
- Prepare and send a proposal and the work contract to the client
- Client retention - Presenting new products and services, and enhancing existing relationships
- Co-ordinate with the client to fix the training date, co-ordinate with CRE on execution.
- Briefing the trainer about the client's objectives.
- Post training feedback from the trainer and the client.
- Coordinating with the client and the accounts team to get the payment cleared at the earliest.
- Candidates from L n D /Training industry will be preferred but open for candidates from other sectors as well, they should have excellent communication skills and strong sales/business acumen.
Desired Candidate:
- 4-7 years of experience in sales of premium banking products or L&D products
- Owner of vehicle and happy to drive
- Preferably a Male candidate.
- The candidate should have worked at a reasonable scale in the industry that he/she comes from and should be able to substantiate considerable achievements in their field.
- The candidate should have continuous employment history and no breaks in the career.
