Manager - Business Development - Tiles (7-10 yrs)
- Responsible for Institutional/ Project sales.
- Develop long term strategies with key Architects and Specifiers to evolve loyal HR customers.
- Job responsibilities include prospecting for new clients by Networking, Cold Calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients and convince the clients to do business with company.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
- Identifying & developing new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve recurring/ referral business
- Responsible for growing and retaining existing accounts by presenting new solutions and service to clients.
- Analyze business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales augment turnover and achieve targets to ensure work in sync with the corporate laid parameters.
- Monitor competitor activities; update on new launches, communication & other activities and devise effective counter measures.
Candidate Profile:
- Post Graduates in MBA (Marketing & Sales)
- 9-15 years in Business Development Role in Building Materials Industry
- Ability in interpreting data and market on customers' requirements and act accordingly to generate healthy margins on the sales
- Ability to exchange information effectively through both Verbal & Non-Verbal and influencing them to listen and take action accordingly
- Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization, Research and build relationships with new clients, Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals
