Looking for experienced candidates for Business Development with (Infrastructure, O&M, and Industrial).
Passionate Business Development Professional with over 10-15 years of Techno-Managerial & Techno- Commercial experience domestic and international business development & management for civil- engineering firms.
Experience : 10-15 years, Minimum, 8 years in BD in O&M of Thermal Power, Industrial Construction, renewable Project etc.
Specialisation- : More Exposure to O&M, Thermal Power, Industrial Construction Project
Education : B.E.Mechanical, PG or MBA - Construction, Contract management, Marketing etc.
Skillset: BD, Techno- Commercial, Industrial Construction, Bidding & Tendering
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Contribute to the development of marketing strategy
2. Discover and explore business opportunities.
3. Develop the prospect database in line with marketing strategy
4. Spearhead the sales process from the prospect stage to closing the sale
5. Coordinate requirement gathering and proposal development. Contribute to contract development
6. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives including marketing communication
7. Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
8. Manage all communication between prospects and the company
9. Client Account Management from the start of a project till project closure
10. Build rapport with customers and maintain relationships to grow existing client business
