Responsible for client acquisitions into Training and Temporary staffing Industry.
- Direct interaction with the Key Decision Makers-Head HR/VP HR/ Director HR and understanding the requirement
- Making cold calls
- Lead generation
- Identifying & Generating Prospects of New clients.
- Create New business opportunities With Competitive cost.
- Manage the business development pipeline
- Bringing new clients on-board and generating revenues.
- Marketing Temp Staffing Services and training services to Corporate Clients in given territory. Developing Strong Client relationship.
