Manager - Business Development/TeleSales (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Daily prospecting & follow-ups for potential corporate customers.
2. Expected to connect a minimum number of prospects on a daily basis to build a healthy pipeline and maintain/update MIS. Should be comfortable in presenting/connecting with CXO levels in prospective organisations.
3. Work towards refining the sales/product pitch to improve conversion efficiencies. Should be flexible to adapt to frequent changes in products and processes as the organisation grows and evolves
4. Should be able to articulate organisation's product proposition and offering to the prospect, also address any queries that they might have.
5. Contribute and provide feedback to the respective internal teams to improve product & processes.
6. Build and manage relationships with existing as well as prospective clients/companies.
7. Achieve monthly targets with an upward trend in performance.
6. Take new initiatives to increase overall sales efficiencies.
Required Skills:
Prior experience as a tele-sales/field sales in SAS/fintech/hospitality/corporate cards/corporate insurance is preferred. Should be target oriented, excellent communication skills, good planner, team player and an attitude for constant learning.
