Manager - Business Development - Telemedicine Services (5-10 yrs)

Position: Manager- Business Development (Telemedicine Services)
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in Sales- Healthcare Services (B2b)
Location: Delhi, Kolkata & Mumbai (We have 3 openings and location is Delhi, Kolkata & Mumbai)

Purpose of your Role :
- The first point of contact for any new potential client for a business, when they seek information on the products and services the company provides.
- As a BDM responses to Healthcare RFP's, tenders, and development of sales strategies in new sales territories/area. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customer/clients (Govt. companies/PSU- Public Sector Undertaking)
You will be accountable for (Key Responsibilities):-
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Finding and developing new markets (Govt. companies/PSU- Public Sector Undertaking) and improving sales, developing quotes and proposals for customers.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting customer' objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new existing and potential customers
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Requirements :
- Master's Degree in Management (business, marketing, sales or related field) from a premier institute with 5+ years of enterprise sales and business development experience. This include experience working in Healthcare Technology Product offerings
- Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written) and organizational/planning skills.
- Any specialization in healthcare (HIMS, PACS, Virtual Clinic, other virtual/e-healthcare solutions) experience in technical solutions or digital healthcare product portfolios would be preferred.
