- We are looking for an energetic self-starter who can quickly grasp the company's vision, this person will be resourceful and have the vision to identify opportunities and convert successfully!
- Ability to build sales by contacting and building relationships with new and existing clients
- Extremely organized and capable of managing the full 360 sales cycle
- Excellent Sales Skills Negotiation, Understanding, Solution lead, Relationship Building qualities.
- Proactive cold calling sales role either on the phone or face-to-face.
- To be successful in this position, you must have self-confidence and strong communication skills, with a background in B2B sales. (You do not need to have worked within the recruitment industry previously).
- Taking ownership of building and delivering the overall business development strategy
- Leading by example, supporting and coaching team members to demonstrate our core values and behaviors

- Excellent communication & Networking skills
- Ideally from the Recruitment industry
- Related experience within the recruitment or IT service sector would be advantageous.
- Strong negotiating capabilities
