Manager - Business Development - Staffing/Recruitment (5-10 yrs)
Essential Job Functions :
- To develop a deep understanding of the Staffing / Recruitment Industry processes and the Client Profile.
- Tracking new clients in various industries, placing proposals getting the MOUs done.
- Enhance service relationships with current clients.
- Meet and exceed expectations.
- Track weekly calls and appointments.
- Be responsible for Client relationships and meeting client expectations.
- Process and manage paperwork and correspondence related to all Clients.
- Arrange / Prepare proposals and contracts for clients; Effectively represent company at various professional forums / Levels.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Analysis of the technical requirements so as to understand the competitor companies in the same technical domain, which could be the target area for recruitment.
- Ability to negotiate rates / salaries, convince clients within their business areas, whilst ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology.
