Role Description-
This is a full-time on-site role for a position of "Business Development Manager" in IT Staffing vertical located in Bangalore. As a BDM, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our client base in the Indian market. You will identify business opportunities, build relationships, and meet our client needs for their manpower requirements on CTH basis. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the IT staffing industry and market trends.
Key Responsibilities-
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive positioning within the Indian market for IT consulting services.
- Develop and execute targeted strategies to acquire new clients, including prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and pain points, and effectively position our IT consulting services as solutions to address their challenges and drive business outcomes.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing ongoing support and value-added services to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives and - revenue targets, leveraging insights from market analysis and client feedback.
- Work closely with internal teams, including consultants, marketing, and delivery teams, to ensure alignment of sales strategies and seamless execution of client engagements.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue growth, providing regular reports and updates to management.
