Manager - Business Development - Staffing/HR Tech (4-10 yrs)
- 5-7 years sales/business development experience ideally within the Campus Assessments, recruitment industry, HRTECH, IT industry or a start-up
- Good connect with campus heads of large IT enterprises
- Should have consulted & provided campus solutions to enable fresh intakes
- Proven experience working with large organizations and in particular C-level executives in technology companies.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end account management/sales process
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to assess client requirements
- Previous experience in Solution Selling is an added bonus
