Manager - Business Development - Staffing Firm (5-8 yrs)
Experience : 5 to 8 Years in Corporate Sales/Business Development (B2B) from staffing industry.
Reporting to : General Manager Sales
Position Description :
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by managing the entire end to end customer acquisition for new clients as well as retention of existing clients. for Prompt Personnel's core HR offerings of Recruitment, Staffing, Compliances and Learning Management Solutions (LMS)
Key Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Achieve business development goals to drive company growth by acquiring new mandates and budgeted sales revenue targets
- Identify potential/new clients in the target market - this would include market mapping, cold calling as well as making presentations to new clients, negotiating and closing leads generated (either self or through marketing campaigns)
- Develop deeper relationships with existing clients, while focusing on increasing wallet share and average revenue per customer by cross selling other products and services
- Employ solution selling techniques to identify business and develop customized solutions to solve client business requirements in corporate level accounts
- Selling the entire bouquet of Prompt's Products and Services
- Co-ordinating with other departments to ensure timely conversion of leads, on-time billing, addressing operational issues and customer grievance redressal in a timely manner
- Monitor and utilize account management tools to track sales activity on a regular basis
- Competition and industry mapping - Constantly monitor competitive offerings as well as industry trends to remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
Requirements :
- Graduate, preferably an MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales from a reputed institute
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation skills
- High level of negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at various levels (including CXO/VP)
- Experience of at least 3 to 5 years in Recruitment and Staffing Industry including managing C2H profiles.
- Mandatory experience in Business Development/Corporate Sales
- Willingness to travel
