Manager - Business Development - Staffing Firm (5-10 yrs)
Position : Business Development Manager
- As a Business Development Manager at Warburttons, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our firm by identifying and cultivating relationships with clients and partners. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, fostering business relationships, and contributing to the overall business development strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Acquisition : Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the recruitment and talent acquisition space. Develop a strong network and pipeline of potential clients.
2. Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics, and leverage this knowledge to identify business opportunities.
3. Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Present our recruitment solutions to potential clients.
4. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring recruitment solutions accordingly.
5. Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts, ensuring they align with the needs and expectations of clients while maintaining profitability.
6. Collaboration : Work closely with our recruitment teams to ensure seamless client transitions and a high-quality client experience.
7. Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights. Provide regular reports to the management team.
8. Market Expansion : Identify new markets / verticals and opportunities for business growth, and develop strategies for expansion.
The Successful Applicant :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, particularly within the recruitment or permanent staffing industry Only.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry and it's dynamics
- Willingness to travel
