Manager - Business Development - Staffing Firm (2-6 yrs)
Generate sales through vendors and possibly with end clients.
Business development activities defined as :-
1) identifying new customer accounts and managing the relationships with those accounts. In addition, you will manage any assigned accounts that are directly recruited by TechSource.
- Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions in US/India market.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence. Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets, as per business plan.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- To coordinate with Manager/Sr. Recruiters/Recruiters for smooth and timely completion of work assigned.
- Timely fulfillment of requirements provided to Recruiters.
- Regular follow up with Clients to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
- Schedule job interviews and interaction to ensure closure.
- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
- Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.
- Establish and implement short and long - range goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.
