Roles & Responsibilities :
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Ability to sell IT staffing services to clients and develop business.
- Engages directly with key clients to solidify, grow and expand our business opportunities.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Team Management, Business Development & Business Generation.
- Should be able to get Contract Staffing requirements from Direct Clients / Tier-1 Vendors / Implementing Partners.
- Managing expectations and assure deliverables to client.
