Manager - Business Development - Staffing Business (5-7 yrs)
Role: Business Development Manager (US Staffing).
Location: DSL Abacus IT Park, Uppal, Hyderabad
Timing: 9am to 6pm EST
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing business strategies, networking with potential clients, and working as an recruiter. The role also involves in Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Development, client acquisition, lead generation experience in US IT staffing industry.
- Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.
- Ability to build client relationships - have long term clients who is willing to work with you and who has gained trust over the years working with you.
- Proven record of successfully signing up contracts with new Tier 1's/clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and excellent problem-solving ability.
- Preferably who has worked as a US IT Recruiter in the past.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
