Job Description :
1. Setting up conference calls and in-person meetings with potential prospects
2. Identifying new prospective clients and focus on the closure of deals.
3. Cold calling to potential clients to generate leads.
4. Work with MSP- s, Direct clients, layered clients and delivery partners
5. Prior experience in researching, composing and delivering responses to RFI, RFQ & RFP's. - Put together the RFPs and RFIs that are written systematically with Graphics and Designs.
6. Track RFP releases and keeping abreast of industry trends and competitive communication.
7. Follow-up with clients on the outcome of submitted proposals and report the status of proposals
8. Research and Manage key sales data to track activity and manage lead generation and nurturing activities.
9. Branding, Marketing and Image Building for the organization.
10. Ensuring that all work adheres to defined quality standards
Must Have :
1. Must have US Staffing experience
2. High proficiency in spoken and written English
3. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with dynamically changing requirements
4. Self-motivated individual with high degree of responsibility, including confidentiality, sense of urgency and accountability
5. Good people skills (PR/ Customer Relations/ Inter Personal Relations)
