Manager - Business Development - Staffing Business (3-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Team Operations :
- Generate new sales lead for Staffing Business
- Achieve individual sales target
- Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and decision makers
- Analysis of the competitors and market
- Roll out of new clients & Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, while maintaining quality by the Operations team
People Management :
- Coordination with the Recruitment Team & Team Manager
- Provide guidance and coaching to team
- Motivate and empower team to deliver team goals
- Identify training needs and plan development activities along with RBM
Client Service:
- Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and decision makers
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, while maintaining quality
Others :
- Brand ambassador
- Support in implementation of business and company initiatives
